Through Grief We Grow provides information, resources, and services related to grief and personal growth, including:

• A book titled "Through Grief We Grow."

• An online community and message board ("Community") for users to engage in discussions and support one another.

• One-on-one Peer Support Services ("Paid Services") provided via text, chat, email, telephone, or video/audio calls on a paid, hourly, or subscription basis.

2. Disclaimer

Brian Vachon is a Peer Support Worker, not a clinician, doctor, or psychologist. He does not possess any clinical, medical, or psychological professional training. The information and services provided are based on his personal lived experience and are for informational and peer support purposes only.

Our services do not constitute medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare. You should always seek the advice of a qualified physician or mental health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or heard through our services.

3. Community Rules and Conduct

You agree to use the Community respectfully and responsibly. You will not post or transmit any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.

• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

• Contains personal or confidential information about others without their consent.

• Includes advertisements or solicitations without our express permission.

• Discusses self-harm or suicide. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please seek immediate professional help.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend or terminate a user's access to the Community at our sole discretion.

4. Paid Services

a. Payment and Fees: All fees for Paid Services are outlined on the Website. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided on the Website or via email. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. b. Cancellation Policy: 1:1 Support Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including the book, text, graphics, logos, and the Community's content, is the property of  Brian Vachon, Through Grief We Grow, and its content suppliers, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Through Grief We Grow or Brian Vachon, its owner, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, the Community, or the Paid Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
