Over the course of 30-days, we'll become virtual pen pals and create a safe-space via email.

Our correspondence will be asynchronous and flexible according to each others time zones and schedules.

We'll let the communication flow organically, but you can expect a few email exchanges back and forth per week.

1:1 via Text/Chat

Connect with me via text/chat.

We'll setup a private chat with each other so that over the next 30-days we can have on-going conversations through text.

Our responses will still be asynchronous and flexible, but will be more timely than email.

This is great for exchanges of thoughts and feelings while you are "in the moment".

1:1 via Phone or Online (Audio/Video)

Connect with me via telephone or online (audio/video). Let's have a virtual coffee!

We'll setup a timeslot where its convenient for the both of us where we can talk live.

This can be a one-off session or re-occurring session if you'd like.

If we are already doing email or text/chat together, I will discount this price by 25%.

1:1 in-person

Connect with me in-person if you are in the Greater Vancouver area.

We can meet in a public-space or in a place of your choosing; whatever gives you environmental safety.

Group Workshops, Interviews, or Public Speaking

Maybe you have a group of friends or family members where a facilitated conversation can be helpful?

This option is great when loss affects more than a single person.
